The Jessica Scharf State Farm Agency is expanding and we are looking to hire passionate, motivated Insurance Sales Representatives to join our Bellevue team.

As our newest full-time Insurance Sales Representative, you will continue to drive growth to our locations by selling, marketing and servicing insurance products to existing clients and new customers. Responsibilities

  • Excellence in discovery questions to uncover customer/prospect needs & relationship building
  • Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from lead databases, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and referrals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs through needs-based conversations
  • Present and educate customers about insurance options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring


Requirements

  • Property & Causality AND Life & Health Licensing is REQUIRED
  • Insurance and/or State Farm experience is PREFERRED
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
  • Ability to tactfully handle stress and difficult situations
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills
