Trip Services Digital & Operations Integration Manager

As the Trip Services Digital and Operations Integration Manager, you will manage a small team who works closely with internal partners to drive the post booking digital strategies and focuses on the integration of existing and newly developed department initiatives into the operation. You will partner with internal and external vendors advancing seamless Guest experience strategies, provide expertise while building brand equity. You will manage departmental communication assets and on the job training tools.You will report to Manager - Trip Services Digital Strategy and OperationsResponsibilities/You Will:Managerial ResponsibilitiesMonitor direct reports' ongoing performance, identify performance gaps, determine appropriate solutions, and provide constructive feedback and coachingDevelop and lead direct reports so they can achieve successful personal growth and partnershipsDevelop positive working relationships with functional partnersDevelop new features to elevate existing resources, supplies and equipment that will benefit the day-to-day operation of On Trip StaffOversee training, technical, or other assistance needed by On Trip Staff in their implementation of new applicationsBrand Manager/Creative Design/Project ManagerWork directly with internal and Disney-approved external partners to design, create, and deliver high quality, Guest amenities and experiencesManage contracts and POs for internal and external vendors, overseeing annual business rule and agreementsProject manage concept and content development of the pin collection, post-booking trip-related amenities, supplies, and equipmentManage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to deliveryConsultant and influence external partners so product offerings may be tailored to the business’ specific needsFinancialDevelop and maintain annual budget and monthly forecasts for elements directly managingEnsure Purchase Orders are initiated for all relevant amenities, supplies and equipmentRecommend and implement process improvements that drive cost savingsShipping Warehouse ManagementActively support and build relationships with key shipping partners, ensuring the timeliness of goods shipped and received Inventory ManagementOversee inventory management processes, including balancing stock between all trip locations and warehouse facilitiesTechnology Management and Support ServicesSupport Mgr - Trip Services Digital Strategy and Operations, as neededBasic Qualifications/You Will HaveBasic knowledge of OperationsProject management skillsExcellent collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExtensive understanding of Microsoft 365 and Apple software platformsPassion for innovation and emerging digital technologiesAccuracy and attention to detail Ability to identify issues and problem solve without direct supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 and MAC OSPreferred Qualifications2 or more years of Operations experienceKnowledgeable of SAP and Casual Buyer responsibilitiesRetail or merchandising experienceExperience with SAPDemonstrated passion for innovation and digital technologiesExperience working with digital platformsRequired EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent#DCLPJ
