Classification: Help Desk Analyst
Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly
Robert Half has an urgent need for a Help Desk Analyst. You will excel at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have a number of opportunities to make a positive impact on the department and the broader organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Marana, Arizona area and is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.
What you get to do every single day
- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
- Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems
- Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- IT support ticketing system experience desired
- Strong problem-solving skills
- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- Knowledge of Service Desk Tickets
- Solid understanding of Reimages
