As a Business Operations Senior Analyst at Bluevine, you will use analytical rigor to uncover new opportunities to drive operational excellence, positioning Bluevine as a best-in-class financial services platform for small businesses. Taking a whole-company lens to your problem-solving, you will deliver highly visible work with large impact across our lines of business.
This is not a fully remote role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and are following a hybrid model.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Operations Senior Analyst at Bluevine, you will use analytical rigor to uncover new opportunities to drive operational excellence, positioning Bluevine as a best-in-class financial services platform for small businesses. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate and communicate high-impact business insights by designing and executing analyses
- Own and refine standard performance reporting for our lines of business
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand value drivers, client needs, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Partner with stakeholders across Bluevine to design and execute experiments touching client acquisition, the product experience, and operations; analyze results and refine the experimental agenda on an ongoing basis
- Building on your analyses and experimental results, make recommendations targeting increased customer lifetime value, improved acquisition efficiency, reduced operational inefficiency, and reduced risk
- Once new processes are implemented, work with teams to analyze results, scale best practices, and iterate
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Bachelor's degree from a top university, ideally in a business or quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within consulting, finance or tech
- Comfort designing and executing analysis on large data sets; SQL proficiency and Tableau experience preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to gather information, solve conceptual problems, and drive cross-functional execution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across formats (email, slides, dashboards)
- A bias toward action paired with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfort working on multiple high-priority projects concurrently, including with limited time and data
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment
