Job Description

The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for the sending and receiving of incoming and outgoing mail. This position is located in the mailroom where you will work as a team with other associates.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (this position is in-person)

Pay: $18/hr

***Contract position of 8-12 weeks with potential for extension***

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and receive incoming mail.
  • Send outgoing mail to the correct addresses.
  • Assisting with packaging outgoing mail and supplies.
  • Deliver mail to the correct departments in the building.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
  • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
  • At least 1+ year of prior work experience.
