Role Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible to approach residential homes in a door-to-door setting. The positive outcome of these interactions is a set appointment. As an appointment setter, you will work to convert as many cold leads into interested customers as possible.

- Be self-motivated and take initiative by seeking out as many opportunities to set appointments as possible.

- Educate homeowners on the value of ownership over their power, monthly and yearly energy cost savings, government incentives, and how they can benefit from the most abundant resource on earth: the sun!

- Leverage your people-skills and product conviction to create an environment that empowers each homeowner to choose green energy over the expensive and unsustainable utility alternative.

Requirements:

- Flexible schedule: 25 hour per week minimum (part-time). Can work full-time upon request.

- Successfully complete online and in-person Solar Sales Training.

- Reliable form of transportation.

Compensation:

- Competitive commission model.

- Periodic Incentives such as courses, trips, swag, and more!

- Ability to earn residual/passive overrides.
