IT Field Services Coordinator

Position Summary
This role supports the company by developing all project related hardware requirements, scopes, equipment orders, managing the vendor selection, deployment of technicians, implementation and successful completion of the delivery scope ensuring consistency with Technology department strategies, commitments, and goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides technical support and guidance to our team members regarding IT systems in our clubs
- Coordinates with IT vendors to provide remote & onsite support to our clubs
- Coordinates the implementation of enterprise hardware and software systems.
- Creates and maintains support documentation for IT systems
Position Requirements
- Bachelors or Associates degree in IT related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT implementation
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to travel to clubs

- Able to support a flexible work schedule
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to prioritize & execute tasks in a high pressure environment
- Able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
