Program Managers are responsible for overseeing the performance of a group of major projects to assure the achievement of internal and client facing KPIs and project goals. The position requires an especially accomplished individual to lead and influence solutions and strategies for a large portfolio of remediation sites. Learn more about our Remediation, Restoration and Redevelopment services.Minimum RequirementsBA/BS in Geology, Engineering, Science or related field and 6 years of Program or Project Management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and educationDue to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.Valid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsAt least 15 years overall professional experience with at least 10 of those years in a prominent role on identifiable remediation programs.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalProven experience successfully managing high-profile, multi-faceted projects involving contaminant impacts at Class I railroad sites.Excellent client management skills.Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).Superior communication skills (writing, editing, and reporting) for a wide variety of audiences.Experience in team management and scheduling of staff and resources to ensure on time and on budget project delivery.Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders.Strong understanding and has led professional teams in executing Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Risk Assessment, and Treatability Studies.Proven and identifiable experience managing high profile projects.Additional Information:Relocation is available for this position.What We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
