Seeking technical leader to establish and drive content creation strategy for technology areas such as agent desktop, routing, outbound dialer, and self-service tools. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of contact center technology, technical tools and strategies, performance metrics, technical writing, and user experience.



In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the documentation and knowledge related to new, existing or acquisition capabilities in the OmniChannel space. You will re influence changes to your product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal performance. You will work with internal and external business constituents to determine future capability and feature direction and respond to technology inquiries.

Required Qualifications:




  • 10+ years of experience in IT roles - software development, UX design, or business systems analysis

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and delivery, product management

Preferred Qualifcations:




  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience with business consulting in the area of technology

  • Experience driving presentations and delivering them to executive level stakeholders

  • Experience producing product demos and product information materials

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Experience with presence and diplomacy

  • Experience using communication skills that are tailored to audiences appropriately

  • Experience with facilitation and negotiation skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
