Technology Protection Analyst with Security Clearance

Key Role: Support a Department of Defense client with Sensitive Activities oversight and governance process by liaising with DoD Components and Military Services on Sensitive Activities subject matter, coordinate and incorporate input to Sensitive Activities policies, and schedule, compile, develop, and promulgate read-aheads for and facilitate separate levels of governance meetings. Resolve security classification inconsistencies as necessary to ensure horizontal protection, compose documents for and prepare decision packages, adjudicate input to decision packages, resolve conflicts with regard to oversight and governance processes within the Department, and ensure that the correct individuals have proper accesses to participate and contribute to Sensitive Activities oversight and governance. Support integration with Low Observable/Counter Low Observable equities. Provide subject matter expertise to support the DoD client with execution of Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) responsibilities. Ensure that any DoD Special Access Program equities in CFIUS cases and mergers and acquisitions are accounted for. Facilitate collaboration between Special Access Programs (SAP), CFIUS personnel, and Mergers and Acquisition personnel to represent SAP equities within the confines of the relevant security constraints. Basic Qualifications: * Experience with supporting defense-, Joint Staff-, or Service Headquarter-levels * Experience complying with or interpreting CFIUS regulations * Ability to write briefings for senior DoD leadership * Ability to lead the day-to-day execution of client- related efforts, including assessing foreign transaction risks, case management, monitoring foreign transactions or investments, and work to provide recommendations to the DoD client * TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: * Knowledge of advanced weapons technologies and technology security * Ability to consult with non-technical audiences on technical problems, work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment, and balance long- and short-term tasks * Ability to take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical quantitative solutions can be defined * Ability to be flexible, take initiative, and be innovate to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, composing client deliverable quality documentation, analysis, and reports * Ability to be detail-oriented and organized Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
