JOB SUMMARY

The Occupancy Management team is focused on creating, implementing, and sustaining workplace strategies and technology that create or improve real organizational value. We provide meaningful engagements to develop impactful and achievable business solutions.

This role is responsible for leveraging deep industry knowledge to lead and deliver multiple projects with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include analysis, building presentations, leading work streams, process improvements, industry best practices, and client management. This role is responsible for leading and delivering IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) / CAFM (Computer Automated Facilities Management) technology projects.

Provides guidance on deliverables and mentors less experienced members of the team, and shares progress with management. May lead or own workstreams and spends time directly interacting with clients. Work is completed with minimal to no review.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads client-facing projects and manages activities with some oversight. Facilitates client meetings and builds rapport.

Expert on quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Provides guidance and recommendations on approach to less experienced members.

Participates in some business development activities (e.g. technology recommendations, diagnostics, workplans and proposals).

Successful at building strong, collaborative partner and client relationships, instilling trust and authority. Networks with key contacts and stakeholders beyond the Workplace team.

Demonstrates expert-level knowledge of workplace strategy services. Leads development of client deliverables, recommendations, and presentations.

Develops change management strategies and tools.

Leads multi-disciplinary and distributed teams. Provides coaching and project direction to less experienced members of the team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

May provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business, or a related discipline from 4-year college or university, and a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience and/or training.

Relevant experience in consulting, change management or organizational development is required.

Knowledge and experience managing/maintaining IWMS or CAFM (ie. Archibus, FM Systems, Manhattan, Nuvolo, Serraview, iOffice, etc) software is required

Strong understanding in Real Estate, Architecture or Design industries is highly desired.

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to internal and external audiences.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages. Conducts intermediate to advanced financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite applications.

Proficiency in Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud and AutoCAD/Revit a plus.
