New Patient Referral Specialist Part Time

Oregon Urology Institute has an opening for a New Patient Referral Specialist. This is a part time benefited position.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Building charts for new patients with a high degree of attention to detail.

Call patients and schedule new patient appointments.

Required Qualification:

• Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
• Ability to type at least 30 words a minute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures.

Recent Centricity PM/EMR knowledge.

Must have good interpersonal skills.

Strong communications skills, verbal and written.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills required.

• Must be flexible and quick learner.
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
