We are looking for a high-energy professional mixologist with excellent communication skills to serve classic alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails to our customers at our Top of the Ridge Restaurant. Meet new people, greet and get to know our customers, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages in a professional manner, while delivering high customer service to all. Encourage the sales of current menu items, create new and exciting drink recipes based on your own personal expertise and vision, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and maintain a clean and organized bar. Create an energetic environment with your enthusiasm for a great customer service experience.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 or more years of experience.
- Must be able to obtain a beverage license from the City of West Bend.
