KOL and Strategy Program Manager

Overview of Position

The Business Development Program Manager reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and requires experience with success in developing and managing complex cross functional programs. This person will excel at balancing the needs of a variety of stakeholders in Enterprise Imaging with clear communication and timely reporting.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Responsible for overall executive dashboard-level scheduling, tracking, and reporting on programs driven by the business development team.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are in sync (Product, Engineering, Marketing) with clear consistent communication.

  • Responsible for developing formal structure to track milestones with persistent follow-up.

  • Responsible for engaging and coordinating external clinical and technical key opinion leaders

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 2+ years of experience defining and managing complex programs or projects

  • 2+ years of experience managing programs in a technical environment

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare

  • Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or work experience.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Positive energetic attitude and ability to work well with many different teams.

  • Proven experience leading the creation of complex programs such as partner programs.

  • Excels at collaboration and consensus building with internal stakeholders on technical and business topics.

  • Must be people oriented with excellent skills organizing programs and projects involving senior external VIPs

  • Ability to document and track a complex dashboard.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders concurrently.

  • Must be meticulous and detail oriented.

  • Adept at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

  • Incumbent will be sitting for long periods of time.

  • Incumbent will work on computers for extended periods of time.

    How much should I expect to travel?

  • 10% travel

  • Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
