Director of Clinic Operations (RN)

A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their staff as their new Director of Clinic Operations.

Responsibilities:

The Director of Clinic Operations (RN) will be responsible for:

• Coordinating "white glove" patient care within the clinic
• Interacting with patients to provide wonderful customer service
• Coordinating clinical flow with other departments
• Overseeing vaccine administration
• Oversight of administrative and operational functions
• Ensuring clinical quality control
• Acting as a liaison between Physician and Medical Assistants (MAs)
• Performing other duties, as needed

• 3+ years of progressive experience in the Medical industry; 3+ years of experience in a Management role
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Phlebotomy experience
