Job Description

Intel's Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Matt Poirier, is seeking an experienced, organized, collaborative, and action-oriented individual to provide high quality professional support and be part of the Corporate Development team as its Executive Admin.

Candidate must have wide-ranging experience, use professional concepts, and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and will be expected to work smoothly and professionally with other admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning.

This candidate should be a high performer with an accomplished track record in Intel and have a passion for growth, execution, and shareholder value creation with unquestionable integrity.

The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

Organizing and managing extremely complex calendar schedule(s) for one or more managers, maintaining executive's agenda, and assisting with virtual/in person meetings, customer meetings, conferences, etc.

Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc. Plans and organizes the events, prepares agendas, as well as coordinates necessary logistics.

Exercise diplomacy, tact, common sense, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of employees at varying levels of an organization including staff at all levels, administration staff, and external partners.

Receives, interprets and evaluates the level of significance of information requests, takes appropriate responsive action, and determines when the executive or other staff should be notified or involved.

Flexible and adaptable to an evolving fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, manages assigned tasks/projects with the skills to reassess/and prioritize deadlines for upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

Assists in resolving administrative needs for improvement/problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions working closely with management and human resources.

Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent degree.

9+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to VP/SVP level management.

Experience working with culturally diverse groups located across multiple geographies is required.

Experience with all Microsoft tools, inclusive of developing and maintaining documents on shared Teams sites and/or SharePoint.

Experience with the purchasing and finance systems.

Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment. To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation.
