Brand Manager

Robert Half Marketing and Creative is looking for an experienced Brand Manager for a contract opportunity with one of our clients.
Job Details:
• Develop the brand and align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
• Manage and develop advertising plans and communications to meet planned objectives.
• Partner with Business, Strategy and Research leads to measure and report out campaign performance.
• Manage creative from brief to concept to production to in-market. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies that hit our target growth goals
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action,” including managing conversion rate optimization across channels
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing activities, with a focus on ads, communications, and events. Specifically, creating a new events strategy with updated branding materials.
• Develop strong agency partner and vendor relationships.
• Be a trusted advisor to business leaders. Proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, improving transparency, and collaboration.
• Bring a POV on best practices. Stay in touch with current industry trends, new tools, and industry best practices.
- A minimum of 4+ years of brand marketing management experience
- Advertising agency and/or large-brand experience, including experience in account management, strategy and production.
- Experience developing mass campaigns across a variety of channels including, print, digital, radio and out-of-home.
- Proven communication and influence skills.
- Experience owning conversion rate optimization across site is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business needs.
