In this role, you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience including: maintaining service standards; assisting with customer questions, inquiries, and inventory; and upholding performance standards relative to maintaining and meeting performance standards associated with the role.
Responsibilities:
Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun!
Answer questions or concerns about services or products.
Provide information about new promotions.
Assist customers with billing, technical support, or account issues.
Qualifications:
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have flexible scheduling and limitations.
Be able to lift up to 10 pounds if needed.
Must be 18 years or older!
