IVF Clinic Nurse (RN)

A health services network in California is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing IVF Clinic in Santa Clara County.

• Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures
• Oversee patients’ cycling process, including injection training, consent reviews, medication questions, etc.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans, such as Egg Freezing, IUI, In Vitro Fertilization and Frozen Embryo Transfers
• Provide patient/couple counseling and procedure teaching; communicate Physician orders and instructions
• Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in the EMR according to procedures
• Assist with routine phlebotomy, as needed
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families
• Support and promote excellence in customer service
• Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help gain efficiencies for day-to-day operations
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 3+ years Nursing experience in a Fertility practice and/or OB/GYN setting
• Graduates of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in and a passion for Women’s Health
• Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
• Proficiency with G-Suite
• Solid assessment, clinical and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Fertility background
• Ultrasound experience
