Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide courteous responses to customer concerns within an appropriate time frame
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and reps
- Keep organized and updated contact and account information
- Enter correct information and process data
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
- Innovative problem-solving experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail
- Meticulous data entry skills
