Salesforce Administrator

We are on the lookout for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our client's new Salesforce instance.

You will be joining a rapidly growing company that is making a positive impact on our healthcare. The role mainly involves deployments, configurations, installations and improvements on the Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with other IT teams and leaders to ensure all projects are carried out to the highest standards.

This role will be remote for those based in Eastern or Central time zones.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Administrator


• Salesforce Certifications


• Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator


• Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant

• 3+ years of experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, providing data analysis, and managing cross-department project teams and/or outside vendors


• 3+ years acting as a data administrator for a Salesforce CRM instance


• An understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, flows, process builders, and other content of intermediate complexity


• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption


• Working knowledge of Tableau and/or other data analysis tools


• Experience using data-driven methods to analyze and solve business situations


• Experience using dev op tools (Copado, Gear Set, AutoRabit, etc.)
