Dogtopia of Overland Park is a state-of-the-art dog daycare, boarding, and spa facility located in the heart of south Overland Park near 135th and Metcalf.

Our Front Desk team is the face of the business, and we are looking for new team members that will help us go above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service for our customers and their furry family members!

  • Are comfortable with basic sales such as lead follow-up and conversion, suggesting service add-ons, and pre-booking appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet everyone that visits or calls Dogtopia with a positive demeanor and a smile!
  • Enthusiastically relay upcoming events and promotions to customers
  • Be knowledgeable of all services, pricing, and the benefits of Dogtopia
  • Immediately follow up with incoming leads and management of the booking process
  • Complete all on-line and in-store training in the first 30 days of employment, and new training as it is assigned
  • Maintain an organized and clean Front Desk and Reception Area
  • Create and maintain accurate customer and pet profile records
  • Ensure all charges are completed accurately
  • Schedule new appointments quickly and accurately for all services
  • Maintain accurate waitlists as needed
  • Ensure all pups are accurately checked in and out upon arrival and departure
  • Complete all assigned daily and weekly checklists
  • Assist other team members as needed
