Primary Responsibilities:

Unique skills required to perform the job duties which candidate demonstrates:

  • Design, develop and implement end to end testing strategies for advanced Genesys telephony systems
  • Performs testing with expert understanding of VoIP/SIP based call routing / digital solutions on Geneys platform
  • Builds test scripts using automation tools such as Cyara / Selenium
  • Design and develop scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation test frameworks
  • Continuous improvement to build test efficiencies and effectiveness through the use of innovative
  • QA practices and automation tools. Proficient in analyzing application logs and triaging issues/defects
  • Identifies potential issues / risks and brings draws immediate leadership attention
  • Proactively work on putting together a get to green plan
  • Analyze quality of the product before rolling to customers by analyzing and validating defect leakages
  • Manages multiple testing requirements simultaneously and coordinates with upstream/downstream teams while ensuring deadlines are met and application quality and performance meets standards before production implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of QA , SDLC and Agile methodologies, tools with demonstrated experience in Automation role
  • 10+ years of QA testing, creating test artifacts and reporting defects.
  • 8+ years of strong automation framework architect experience and hands-on experience in Java, Cucumber, Selenium, API testing tools, and familiarity with performance testing tools
  • 5+ years of experience implementing quality engineering practices in a CI / CD pipeline or workflow, version control, test management, and integrating automation frameworks
  • 5+ years of best quality testing process experience with Agile, DevOps model

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
  • Experience in automating voice/digital contact center technologies will be plus
  • Solid understanding of the modern web applications including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web services and relevant technologies.
  • Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
