A Robert Half client, a dynamic manufacturing company who's core values are Integrity, Teamwork and Quality are in search of a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing

the daily operations of the customer service department. The Customer Service Manager is expected to be an active member of the customer service team, compile data, and coordinate with upper management. They will also

ensure that all sales documents and agreements are completed and that all customer concerns and questions are handled promptly and effectively. The Customer Service Manager will have 1 direct report and will be given the opportunity to grow the customer service department as the company grows.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, and overall ability to use technology.

ERP experience is required.

5+ years' Customer Service experience required

2+ years' manufacturing industry experience required

Associate's Degree or history of relevant work experience required.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Must be able to learn new skills quickly, have attention to detail, sense of urgency, be self-directed, and display strong organizational skills.
