Description

Our company is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Rep (CSSR) to manage and service our existing clients and provide sales support to prospective customers. We are looking to train the right individuals to fit into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill 2 full-time long term positions. Our Reps will be responsible to provide exceptional service.


Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Must be willing to obtain both insurance licenses.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Professional phone etiquette.

This position is with a Farmer independent contractor agent, not with Farmers Insurance Companies. Employees of Farmers agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Farmers agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Farmers agents employees are not employees of Farmers.

This is a Full-Time, permanent position!
