Job Description
Lena Brava is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Full-Time Pastry Prep Cook ($21/hr) to join the team.
Experience and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. They also believe in quality, consistency and working in a clean, organized, and inclusive environment where respect and dignity is prioritized.
- Must have 1 year of pastry production experience.
- Basic knowledge of knife skills and kitchen equipment.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and organized.
- Ability to be able to work as a team player by being collaborative and supportive.
- Ability to work quickly and safely.
- Must be able to stack, walk and move during entire shift including frequent bending, stooping and reaching.
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate for this role.

- Habilidad para ser capaz de trabajar en equipo siendo colaborador y solidario.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma rápida y segura.
- Debe poder apilar, caminar y moverse durante todo el turno, lo que incluye doblarse, agacharse y estirarse con frecuencia.
- Debe poder levantar y cargar con frecuencia hasta 50 libras.
- Debe tener un certificado de manipulador de alimentos válido para este rol.
