Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the strategic planning and implementation of marketing initiatives. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Talent Acquisition Team, Practice Directors, and CEO to assist in identifying market needs. You will bring your expertise and knowledge of marketing, including different marketing channels, i.e., catalog, social media, company websites.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to perform all-rounded marketing duties from digital marketing to PR to maximize company’s brand exposure in the market
  • Assist in implementing strategic marketing and branding campaigns
  • Perform copywriting, editing and creation of marketing and media content for advertising and PR communications
  • Source and manage the order for company premiums for clients and key business partners
  • Conduct market research and prepare market intelligence for supporting sales for business meeting and presentation
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments and marketing projects
  • Maintain and update website using WordPress
  • Create SEO program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design or similar
  • 2+ years relevant work experience, preferably with knowledge of customer service, social media, and cloud technology.
  • IT knowledge to identify and manage needed infrastructure and website management
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of strategic marketing.
  • Consulting, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills.
  • Strong, demonstrated understanding of client service, strong organizational skills, collaborator who is enthusiastic and possesses an energetic personality.
