Description

The Strategic Customer Support Representative will work with existing customers supporting their rental needs for emergency response. Rental requests will come from customers via email and online portals. The primary duties will be coordinating the rental request in a timely manner with the local branch. This includes, calling the branch, providing a quote online to the customer, completing a rental contract, and following up via phone to make sure job is completed to customer satisfaction. Position entails communicating 50% online and 50% via phone. Expert climate control advice will be provided to customer; however, we will train on this knowledge. The position will take place out of one of our local offices. On call time (nights and weekends) is required from time to time.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating rental activities through the field and branches.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs.
  • Provide a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Provide customers with expert advice on the selection, operation and maintenance of all the various types of equipment.
Educational Background
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
