Identity, Credential, and Access Management Analyst (PKI) with Security Clearance

Job Description This work is projected to start Sept 2022. The Identity, Credential, and Access Management Analyst will perform the following duties in support of the Office of Military Commissions (OMC) customer:
- Propose a turnkey solution for the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of a PKI based authentication capability for the Special Access networked system.
- Provide necessary hardware, software, and tokens to support Special Access PKI solution.
- Perform certificate generation and issuance for the Special Access system.
- Provide secure key storage capabilities and key recovery for the Special Access system.
- Develop and maintain PKI Certificate Practice Statement (CPS) for the Special Access system.
- Provide O&M support, and technical guidance for all OMC PKI related activities. This position is located in Arlington, VA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Arlington, VA or surrounding areas. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cyber Security and at least four years of related experience OR Associate degree and at least 6 years of related experience OR high school diploma and at least eight years of related experience DoD IAT II Certification Active security clearance and ability to maintain Experience working with enterprise class security technologies
Professional work experience in the fields of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Infrastructure IT (Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Active Directory, or Virtualization)
Experience working with certificate management tools and certificate authorities
Experience with digital certificate management processes
Experience with certificate management tools and certificate authorities
Experience using PowerShell, Bash, Linux or other related scripting experience
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking to include basic network design and troubleshooting (e.g., netstat, ping)
