The MEDIA BUYER, SEARCH / TRUEVIEWis a member of truth's Marketing Department, a 20-member team, which directs all marketing initiatives for the organization truth_ _campaign.

Google Search and YouTube TrueView are an integral part to growing our audience reach and downstream funnel conversion strategy for truth campaign (visit: ************ or @truthorange for more information). Truth is currently seeking candidates with extensive pay-per-click advertising experience, especially within Google Adwords for Search and YouTube. _The _MEDIA BUYER, SEARCH / TRUEVIEW will be highly experienced in Google AdWords, Campaign Manager, and YouTube Trueview, In-Search and In-Display advertising.

This person will be experienced in targeting, retargeting, remarketing, bid, keyword and audience strategies and tactics. This is an opportunity to be a part of truths first-ever in-house media team, which will include search, social, TrueView and programmatic advertising.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional MEDIA PLANNING, BUYING AND REPORTING abilities.

This position requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as the ability to produce solid results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Set up, manage, and execute Search and YouTube TrueView campaigns
* Leverage data to build behavioral audiences for targeting, as well as develop and implement contextual, look-alikes, and other affinity groups for targeting
* Create and implement digital strategies using organic search engine optimization for websites
* Develop and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns where applicable
* Perform keyword, industry, and competitor research using Moz, SEMRush, and other popular online marketing tools
* Analyze website traffic reports, linking structures, codes, and content to be able to make smart recommendations to increase website traffic, the number of quality leads, and conversion rates
* Write quality, SEO-friendly ad copy, titles and descriptions for YouTube video, contextual ads and others to maximize CTR, CVR, and CPCV
* Work with the internal media team to accurately track billing and reconciliation of impressions served to actualized invoices
* Build quality back-links for our clients websites to improve their search engine ranking

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CPC/Google-based ad buying
* Superior knowledge planning and buying search advertising and YouTube TrueView in Google AdWords
* Deep knowledge of leveraging YouTube tactics such as In-stream, Discovery (in-display) and Discovery (in-search) to achieve truths KPIs and objectives in video and contextual search
* Create, categorize, and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to client sites
* Ability to find and enter negative keywords into campaigns as needed
* Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management
* Solid working knowledge of organic search engine optimization techniques to supplement paid efforts
* Create and optimize Landing Pages to increase Quality Score
* Devise and implement effective A/B tests to optimize conversion rates
* Create effective remarketing campaigns for clients across a wide array of business verticals
* Comprehend entire conversion funnel attached to the advertisements created
