_RESPONSIBILITIES IN YOUR AREA WILL INCLUDE:_
* Hands-on analyst as well as a leader and mentor a team.
* Identify, quantify, and disseminate insights to key stakeholders throughout the organization
* Analyze business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimal/efficient solutions
* Consistently deliver accurate results in a timely manner
* Develop, validate, implement, and monitor statistical/machine learning models in a production environment
* Consistently consider, and follow, ACAs Guiding Principles

_QUALIFICATIONS_
_WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?_

_OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE NEEDS TO:_
* Masters or PhD in a STEM-related field (Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, etc)
* Exceptional academic performance (3.4 or higher Grad School GPA)
* Experience using statistical programming languages (R, Python, C++)
* Experience building (using SQL-like language) and mining large datasets for core business insights
* Understanding of appropriate techniques for various explanatory and predictive modeling/machine learning tasks (including: GLM, GBM, Random Forests, LASSO, Clustering)
* Experience validating and monitoring models using statistical techniques and KPIs relevant in a business environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication, specifically, the ability to convey results to both technical, and non-technical, audiences effectively
* Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and prioritize them based on impact
* The ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions within a business framework (understanding that added complexity does not always lead to added performance)

_POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:_
* Excellent professional and academic credentials
* MBA with course work in quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, analytics, decision science or MS in Analytics
* 4+ years of professional experience
* 1+ years of leadership / people management experience
* Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to confidently interact with senior business leaders.
* Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines.

_PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:_
* Experience in the consumer lending industry, with preference given to automobile finance experience.
* Experience leading direct reports.
