Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
* Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions which meet their objectives
* Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and promptly deal with complaints
* Validate all purchase orders
* Effectively communicate account needs to other departments to ensure accurate invoicing
* Assist with account requests for sample images, copy, and sku launch templates
* Ensure timely invoicing of all shipments
* Leverage established relationships to guarantee the timely collection of receivables
* Regular reporting to Senior Management
* Coordinate the fulfillment process with all departments to ensure smooth transactions, maintaining customer satisfaction at each step
* Master unique client databases to ensure accurate measures are being performed
* Generating required logistics documents through EDI and or client databases.

REQUIREMENTS
* 3-4 years of experience in account management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
* Four-year degree in sales, business administration or a relevant field
