POSITION SUMMARY

Essential to the BBBS brand, the primary function of this position is to provide match support to ensure child safety, positive impact for youth, constructive and satisfying relationships between children and volunteers, and a strong sense of affiliation with BBBS on the part of volunteers. This is a hybrid position that includes supporting mentoring relationships in the community-based and school/site-based programs.

The successful incumbent will produce positive outcomes in the following areas: match closure rate, match retention rate, average match length, volunteer rematch rate, and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for providing high-level customer service throughout the effective implementation of supporting and maintaining matches in accordance with the Big Brothers Big Sisters brand, and program options.

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Human Services, or related field. Minimum two years’ experience working with both child and adult populations; specific assessment preferred. Proficiency in technical areas such as Microsoft OFFICE, including Work, Outlook, and Excel. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and meet state-required automobile insurance minimums.
