Workforce Analyst, Senior
Key Role:

Develop workforce strategy, planning and change management to ensure alignment with implementation objectives and timelines. Assess the readiness of the organization to support deployment and sustainment of new capabilities based on its ability to effectively maintain balance between the demands of its work and the capability and supply of its workforce. Analyze current workforce against requirements of today and the future, develop workforce and staffing plans, support organizational design analysis to identify capability and resource gaps in transformed business processes and systems. Assist with the development of key briefings, point papers, talking points, and presentations for senior Navy leaders to inform critical decisions.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in workforce planning and analytics, organizational assessment or change management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of key Navy programs and systems currently in service and under development
  • Ability to develop and brief data summaries to support decision-making
  • Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience in organizational strategy and design, including change management
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Ability to supervise and review work of less experienced personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Master's degree


Clearance:
