No Previous Sales Experience Needed; Sales Training Provided
We’re expanding and looking to hire 2-3 additional Junior Account Managers to support our existing Sales Team. Our Sales & Marketing Campaigns are in high demand, so we’re ready to get people started right away. We provide ongoing sales training and sales support because individual results lead to overall results!
Flexible, Full-Time Hours on a Temporary or Permanent Basis
Since we have multiple positions to fill, we can offer somewhat flexible hours Monday through Saturday and can accommodate short-term or long-term working arrangements. We’re ideally looking for people with full-time availability because the more you put in, the more you get out.
Earn A Basic Weekly Wage Plus Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses
You’ll receive a weekly wage plus additional commissions and bonuses based on your individual/team performance. We offer a wide range of incentives because different people are motivated by different things. Develop New Skills and Expanding Your Comfort Zone
You’ll be working as part of our on-site team to build relationships with local shoppers on behalf of a specific client/brand. You’ll be qualifying them, identifying their wants/needs, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and completing sales transactions. Each day will bring new experiences and challenges to overcome, so this role is best for people that want to actively learn and build their level of confidence along the way.

The bigger our team, the more venues we can cover, so we can often promote people into more senior positions quickly. We’re looking for people to promote from within to manage sales teams and client relationships. Junior Account Manager Requirements:
In order to accept this position, you’ll need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA. Local applicants able to start within 2 weeks’ time are ideal, but we will consider all circumstances and notice periods.
No sales experience or qualifications are required, but having worked, volunteered, or participated in the following fields can be helpful:
- Retail Sales, Sales, Customer Service, Call Centers, Telemarketing
- Hospitality, Food Service, Fast Food, Catering, Bartending, Promotions
- Travel Planning, Leisure Activities, Sports, or Athletics
- Community or Religious Clubs/Organizations
- Other customer-focused or leadership roles
