Job Details for a "Remote" Customer Service Benefits Advocate:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-11pm (Multiple shifts available)
• Pay Rate: $21.00 hourly w/ uncapped Commission (Paid Training)
• FULLY REMOTE SALES POSITION
• Direct Hire - Benefit Eligible after 90 days
• Equipment is provided

The Ideal Candidate for a "Remote" Customer Service Benefits Advocate:

• Patient & Empathetic
• Sales oriented but can provide great Customer Service
• Someone who can educate our customers about our products in a professional manner

Job Responsibilities for a "Remote" Customer Service Benefits Advocate:

• Completing sales and enrollments
• Inbound Calls- **NO Cold-Calling**
• Identifying new opportunities to increase product sales
• Offering prospective members ways to learn about our products

Job Requirements for a "Remote" Customer Service Benefits Advocate:

• Highschool/GED
• 1+ years of Call Center and/or Sales Experience
• MUST RESIDE IN FLORIDA TO QUALIFY THIS POSITION
