Customer Service - Experienced In Veterinary Medicine

Desert Ark Veterinary Care is looking for client service representatives - experienced in veterinary medicine to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and hard-working. Our Avondale facility is looking for a full-time amazing CSR.

Our increased volume has found us with the need for the addition of a Full-Time CSR. The current clinic hours are Monday - Saturday 7 AM - 8 PM. We are a GP and Urgent Care facility that is high volume and fast-paced utilizing Cornerstone and multiple electronic platforms for communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurate scheduling of patient appointments
• Triage pet health through conversation on phones to ensure the best health outcome for the patient
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional but familiar customer support.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and driven to help others
• Great phone etiquette and tone
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Follow-up and follow-through
• GED / High School Diploma (minimum)
• 2+ years experience within a full-service Veterinary Hospital / Clinic

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation depends on your experience.
