This position is based on salary, plus uncapped commissions.

- Operations; align, build, and implement consistency in delivery through a thoughtful recruitment strategy, technology, and process. We are making scalable, repeatable, and consistent delivery individually and collectively.
- Account Management; maintain, penetrate, and saturate clients by building relationships and growing our account base through successful onboarding, delivery, and execution.
- Build a successful candidate engagement program that builds our community of clients in candidates in the Talent Acquisition Community; recruiters, TA leaders, and TA operations.
- Support Sales and expansion strategy in Contract Recruitment, Direct Placement, and Recruitment Managed Services to support the companies growth strategy
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- In partnership with the executive management team, you will assist with developing and implementing strategies for teams that ensures predictable, repeatable, and scalable processes that align team success, client delivery, and quality of services
- Client Management to build relationships, saturate, and penetrate the clients to expand business opportunities, quality of services, and coordination of candidate activities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop multiple Recruiters and sources to customize successful ways to drive individual and team results through efficient sourcing strategy, candidates experience, and attraction techniques
- Design, track, and analyze reporting to align team, individual, and client goals thoughtful, achievable, and meaningful.
- Design, Develop and implement training, process, and procedure documents to ensure ultimate efficiencies and department growth.
- Provide meaningful insights to recruitment teams to improve processes and drive candidate acquisition
- 50% of your time, you would be sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates from the
- Challenge modify and execute existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing, assessing, and onboarding qualified talent

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in recruitment
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, or business development
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Demonstrated strength in recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking
- Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes
- Ability to routinely meet, adjust, and change operational objectives based on clients' needs
- Familiarity with software applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
