We are looking for an experienced Employment Manager to lead our Employment Team!

We are also offering a $1500 new hire bonus! paid in 4 installments at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.

- Manage and supervise a high performing team of up to 15 staff. Coach, train, support, and lead the team and position them for success in their roles.
- Connect with community partners and build business relationships.
- Be forward thinking; identify and propose opportunities to grow the employment program.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Monitor and review program expenses and revenues; investigate issues and offer solutions to resolve financial problems.
- Travel locally for work with limited overnight travel possible.
- Advocate for and ensure excellence and quality services.

Requirements
- All staff are required to provide proof of Covid 19 full vaccination or have an approved request for exemption. You'll need this before you join our team!
- You must also have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Note: If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Work Environment:
The Employment Manager in this position typically works a Full Time schedule, Monday through Friday, day hours, an occasional evening and/or weekend is required. Accord also offers a flexible work environment. To learn more, be sure to apply!
