Job Description:
AFS is seeking a Logistician to be responsible for supporting and delivering logistics activities by directing and coordinating IT infrastructure and systems, applications, and licenses, to include maintaining inventory and disposition logs across an distributed client landscape.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years direct experience in IT logistics management
- 1+ years experience with and proven ability to work on and manage high-visibility programs
- 1+ years experience with the engineering change proposal process, flow, and impacts on fielded systems and technical support data
- 1+ years experience determining Performance Based Logistics requirements as they relate to business case analyses
- 1+ years experience in data gathering and writing
- 1+ years experience with equipment lifecycle management and supply chain management
Desired Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with team members, senior managers, and clients
- 1+ years' experience managing geographically disparate inventory systems
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to interface with Government personnel
Security Clearance:
Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
