Enjoy the Gulf coast, and the company for whom you work. Twenty one year old, profitable company looking to hire a take charge plant manager with the ability to grow as we grow. Minimun 3-10 years in the screen print business: setting up presses, organizing work flow, motivating workers,and being a decision maker in every way. You will have an experienced assistant plant manager plus 10-17 manufacturing employees and support staff. We are a contract printer. Our customers buy and have their inventory delivered. We organize and decorate up to 10 color designs for national accounts, sports programs, corporate apparel and for the hospitality market. Our sales are at record levels every month in 2022, after a record 2021. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
