Order Processing Coordinator

Job Description

Interior Logic Group, located in Buda, Texas, is one of Central Texas’ premier countertop fabricators. We are currently in search of an Order Processor who is extremely detail oriented with problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities of the Order Processor include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee multiple jobs from start to finish

• Oversee and manage warranty work orders for production builders

• Frequent interaction with builders, contractors, installers and project managers

• Receive purchase orders and input new job information

• Minor estimating tasks

Desired Skills

• Great oral and written communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Team player

• Ability to function under stressful circumstances

• Comfortable with learning new computer programs.

• General construction knowledge/experience is a plus

• Microsoft Office experience

• Job tracking experience

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required

• 2+ years of experience in related field or college degree preferred
