Job Description
As our virtual sales and customer service representative, you will deal with client account management, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. You will also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the client's needs at each step of the process.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and communicating via email and text as the first point of contact with clients who communicate they have a problem.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for clients, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
- Identify upselling opportunities and pitch them accordingly to the client.
- Tracking and monitoring sales through our CRM.
- Report to management and the CEO of the organization.
- Basically daily administration.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of our products and services to address customer questions and close sales. You should also have a pleasant attitude to de-escalate potentially hostile clients and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
