Client Delivery Manager
Adecco is currently hiring an internal On-site Manager in Lavergne TN.
The On-site Manager will serve as the primary client contact onsite, as well as the initial escalation point for any client questions and concerns. Through ingenuity and teamwork, the On-site Manager is accountable for aligning themselves with our client's business objectives and creating a joint partnership. Every day will require your ability to be a skilled communicator and to make decisions that will have a positive impact on our clients, our teams, and your career with a global leader in the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent record
• Minimum of two to five years managerial/supervisory background in the service provider industry preferred
• Record measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased tasks and successful working relationships with colleagues and management
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Adept at establishing and managing to KPIs and SLAs
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
• In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and Company policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software
