• Schedules and provides technical support for technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations
• Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties
• Communicates with dispatch to ensure that all technicians are being scheduled properly via skill level
• Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems knowledge.
• Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
• Oversees that all staff are following company policies
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly/monthly reports as require

• Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record

• Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge
