Volt is hiring a Retail Process Data Analyst to work in our clients Training Department.

As a Retail Process Data Analyst for the Training team you will:

• Assist in creating online training content, programs and materials
• Review training material and suggest improvements
• Consistently innovating new methods of trends analysis and problem-solving that stem from best practices and innovations from competitors or other industries
• Running weekly reports in various programs including Excel
• Creation of ad-hoc reports for both field staff and headquarters personnel
• Support management decisions through data aggregation & analysis
• Measure the performance of Key Performance Indicators
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing on website and apps supported by the department
• Miscellaneous tasks to assist in supporting the department needs

Skill/Knowledge

• Prior experience in data analysis and training preferred
• Proficiency with windows-based software programs – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
• Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent field preferred

This is a temporary position estimated to last 6-12 months, possibly longer but offers a foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our top talent. Pay is $30-45/hr. Only local candidates will be considered as the job will require you work hybrid or onsite in the future.
