Youd be responsible for:

• Performing financial reporting and analysis

• Identifying trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

• Preparing reports and projections based on analysis

• Routine communication with all levels of the organization relating to financial close, issues and deliverables

• Researching and resolving Business Unit(s) inquiries

• Performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.

  You might be a good fit if you have:

• Finance, Accounting, Business or related Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of P&L analysis experience

• Must be able to commute to Blue Bell, PA (2-3 days/week)

  And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Experience in a matrix organization

• Proficiency with Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial software

• Precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team member

• Strategic thinker

• Ability to influence and persuade
