Details for the Customer Care Associate:
• Pay: $21/ hr. + uncapped commission and incentives
• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST Monday-Sunday
• Overtime is optional
• MUST Reside in the state of Florida
• 100% Remote (Equipment included)

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Care Associate
• Respond to incoming customer calls about insurance policies, coverage, and general inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up for resolution.
• Offer and sell policy renewals
• Provide introductory information to new policyholders
• Multi-task/navigate through several different automation systems.
Qualifications for the Customer Care Associate:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years(s) of call center experience
• 1+ year(s) of sales experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with various CRM systems
