Associate Business Consultant

Description:

Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing business analysis to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and to ensure consistency and efficiency of value base care operations of new programs and provider contracts. The resource will support teams responsible for operational readiness within Network government and commercial program initiatives with moderate complexity that affect multiple functional areas within the Enterprise. Supports the prioritization and execution of operations activities within a broader end to end plan.The ability to take complex concepts and create Executive level presentations and explanation of business to technology solutions. Ability to create and project manage multiple plans across 5 states.

Required Job Qualifications:* Bachelor Degree and 1 year experience OR 5 years experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience* Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback* Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization;* Analytical and information synthesis skills* Verbal and written communication and organization skills* Experience with changing assignments and priorities* PC proficiency to include MS Office products
