Plant Operators and Entry Level Ground Crew

Kelly now recruting for Plant Operators in Mentone, Tx. - Talent will carry out daily operations of the plant. Duties include working on hatch stations, shoveling sand, operating and maintaining equipment and machinery. Mulitple positions paying $24 and up.

1. $24.00 hr - Entry level duties include shoveling sand under conveyors and learning operations of the plant.

2. Operate skid steer, manlift and telehandler. Responsible for upkeep of vehicles.

3. Knowledge of controls of the dryer, loadout and loader. Run 982 Cat wheel loaders, loading sand into hopper and moving material to stockpile. Must be able to run plant without supervision.

4. Ready to become a lead or supervisor. This person can trouble shoot and fix issues as well as show leadership skills towards the entire team. This person should be a mentor to all lower-level operators making sure they are meeting all their responsibilities.

• 12-hour shift or as plant requires to maintain operation
• 7 days onsite 7 days off site
• Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from site
